ABOUT VALERIEValerie Rosaline Machorro is a chef with over 10 years experience in the culinary arts. She is a graduate of the JNA Culinary Institute in Philadelphia. After learning and working in Philadelphia she returned home to open up her family’s dream cafe. Here is where her experience in Keto, Gluten Free, Vegan, Paleo, Whole Food, Organic, and Raw diets was founded.
